Looking to recruit a Customer service advisor to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor based in Leeds on a temporary contract
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for responding to inbound communications from tenants (calls and emails)
- Manage a high volume of calls and repair requests
- Diagnose repairs ensuring the right information is captured and validated
- Book in repair work when needed, ensuring the correct operative has been scheduled
- Manage ingoing and outgoing mail/ inbox
Paying £16.68 per hour umbrella. This role is office based 8am - 5pm
Requirements:
- you’ll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background
- good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- excellent customer service skills
