Customer Service Advisor - The Role:

In this role, you’re not just answering calls and emails; you’re the Customer Service Advisor their customers rely on. You'll be diving into various tasks, from solving puzzles like warranty issues to being the bridge between customers and sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams. No one day is the same.

The Offer:

  • An annual salary of C£24,000.
  • 25 days holidays plus bank holidays. 

What Will Your Day Look Like?

  • Chatting with customers via phone, email, or live chats.
  • Tackling customer queries and issues while keeping an eye on the clock to hit those response times.
  • Ensuring customers get their car parts right when they need them.
  • Collaborating with different teams.
  • Keeping cool and collected, especially when the odd delivery does not land on time. 
  • The customer service team is open to customers 8am - 6pm. Some weeks you may be required to start at 8am and finish earlier, or start later and finish at 6pm.
