Customer Service Advisor - The Role:

In this role, you’re not just answering calls and emails; you’re the Customer Service Advisor their customers rely on. You'll be diving into various tasks, from warranty issues to being the bridge between customers and sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams. No one day is the same.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

  • Chatting with customers via phone, email, or live chats, and making their day a little brighter.
  • Tackling many customer queries and issues while keeping an eye on the clock to hit those response times.
  • Ensuring customers get their car parts right when they need them.
  • Collaborating with different teams.
  • Keeping cool and collected, especially when the odd delivery does not land on time.
