About the Role

As a Data Administrator within this manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in helping to transform data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with the Business Information team, with your work feeding into the finance team and operations team.

What You’ll Do

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Draw down data such as sales figures, product volumes, productivity and labour statistics from company database systems and work with the team to support analysis of the data within MS Excel.
  • Business Insights: Help to identify trends, track performance, and provide actionable recommendations to managers.
  • Data Quality: Checking and monitoring large volumes of figures to spot anomalies and inconsistencies.
  • Work towards a Goal: there are fantastic opportunities for progression within the team and within the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Administration skills: experience supporting sales teams, production teams, supply chain teams or similar.
  • Attention to Detail: ability to work accurately with large volumes of data
  • Technical Proficiency: having a strong aptitude for systems and IT - maybe you are the go-to person in the for setting up new apps or working out computer glitches, or you have IT interests outside of work.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; capable of explaining findings to various people within the business.
