Are you a proactive and detail-driven administrator with experience in Health & Safety or IOSH? Were looking for a Site Services Administrator to join a dynamic team and support site-based installers in Wombwell, Barnsley.

What Youll Do:
  • Timesheet Management: Process and review weekly timesheets, ensuring accuracy for payroll.
  • Work Scheduling: Assist in creating and communicating weekly schedules for site teams.
  • Risk Assessments & RAMS: Write and maintain detailed RAMS and risk assessments to meet compliance standards.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain records, prepare reports, and support site and factory operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other administrators to ensure smooth operations and process improvements.
What Were Looking For:
  • Administrative experience in a site-based, construction, or related environment.
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety practices, IOSH training is a bonus.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
