Job Title: Workshop-Based Heavy Plant Fitter
Location: Barnsley area
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to 20 per hour
Our Clients are a leading provider of heavy plant machinery services, dedicated to delivering exceptional results to their clients. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented Heavy Plant Fitter to join their dynamic team in the Barnsley area.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of heavy plant machinery.
Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs efficiently and effectively.
Carry out inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Complete accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving license.

Competitive salary ranging from 17 to 20 per hour based on experience.
Monday to Friday, no weekends.
