Winner Recruitment are currently looking for a Laminator for a family run business, specialising in the manufacture of silos, tanks and conveying systems. We supply products to the agricultural, industrial and renewable energy industries. Their advanced manufacturing facility gives us the ability to produce the majority of our products on-site. They have over 60 years’ manufacturing experience and pride ourselves on the quality of our work.

The Role
Working within a small team, you will be responsible for the production of silos and tanks ranging from 6 cubic metres to 100+ cubic metres.
Duties & Responsibilities
- General Labouring including trimming/lifting/splicing
- Mould preparation
- Release of simple moulds
- Use of hand tools
- Use of handheld power tools such as grinders and sanders
- Bond preparation
- Basic housekeeping duties
- Correct use of PPE
- Accountability for your own work
