Inclusive Consulting is thrilled to be partnering with a leading Not for Profit organisation based in Barnsley.
This is a pivotal role in the organisationand will support the growth and development of the organisation and its executive team. You will lead on allfinancial operations in-house and willoversee financial management while working to develop efficient policies and procedures.
Therole would suit an experienced ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent or QBEFinance Manager ideally with some Charity accounting experience. This role will form part of a newly established Senior Leadership Team and is a fabulous opportunity to add value to the organisation.
You will work closely with the CEO and duties will include:
- Lead onfinancial planning and forecasting
- Provide a strategic visionto ensure future sustainability
- Take responsibility with the executive team to create a positive, trustworthy and strong leadership culture for the organisation
- Oversee the financial management systems
You will also have the ability to understand and make effective decisions or recommendations using complex financial data and analysis as well aspresent and explain complex financial data to non-financial managers.
This role is offered hybrid with a salary of 41,000 and good benefits
