- It is essential that you have experience of working an Administrative role within an Automotive, Transport, Fleet, or Logistics environment, as the work will be to do with Vehicle related administration.
- You are an experienced Administrator with strong communication and administrative skills.
- You are computer literate, and especially comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience of using Kerridge, or another Dealer Management System (DMS) will be favoured.
Responsibilities:
Fleet Administrator duties include, but are not limited to:
- Processing job cards in relation to Vehicle management.
- Creating invoices.
- Liaising with different departments to ensure high efficiency.
- General administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
The Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, or 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 per year, depending on experience.
(This role would ideally suit someone with previous administrative job titles such as; Logistics Administrator / Distribution Coordinator / Transport Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator / Freight Administrator / Service Advisor / Transport Planner / similar automotive related role.)
