Painter

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Painter to join Berneslai Homes on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

• Preparation of substrates, including removing loose and flaking paint by means of all current methods.
• The ability to apply coatings by brush, roller or spray applications.
• Safe use and application of materials.
• Working both internally and externally
• The ability to set out, line and hang wallpaper and decorative hangings
• To maintain vehicle stock levels at optimum level so that service efficiency is achieved.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working as a Painter/Decorator, ideally within Social Housing
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• Excellent customer service skills

Pay - 19.13 UMBRELLA per hour
