This is an ongoing contract with long-term and temp-to-perm opportunities, requiring Monday to Friday availability from 8am to 4pm.
Candidates must have at least NVQ level 2 in plumbing and previous experience in social housing.
A CSCS card and a full UK driver's license are also required for this position.
Successful applicants will undergo a DBS check prior to starting the job.

Pay: £18.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duration: Ongoing Contract - Long Term/Temp to Perm

Duties

To carry out all aspects of plumbing work on maintenance, repairs and Construction projects to Council dwellings, schools and public buildings.

To install central heating systems, solid fuel boilers, sink units, water closets, baths, showers and wash basin

To renew external gutters, fall pipes and soil stacks where necessary

To renew and repair external water services and stop cocks

Carry out adaptations works

Qualifications & Experience

Previous works in Social Housing

NVQ level 2 in plumbing as a minimum

CSCS Card

Full UK drivers license
