Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Work closely with the Engineering & Manufacturing teams to address any product quality issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare reports on quality assurance activities and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives.
- Maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes.
- Provide training and guidance to the team on quality assurance matters.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for product non-conformities.
Profile
A successful Quality Assurance Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulations.
