  • Utilising telesales, networking and social media to engage with employers and learners and promote our client’s training provision of Apprenticeships, Commercial and Funded Training.
  • Engage with employers to identifying training needs and secure appointments for the sales team to visit and discuss our client’s portfolio of training available.
  • Identify learning and development opportunities to support employers achieve their business goals and training needs.
  • Recruit learners onto training programmes and create networking links to generate learner referrals.
  • Manage own daily output using our client’s internal CRM system.
  • Work to achieve and exceed agreed monthly targets.
  • Ensuring compliance of paperwork against funding/business requirements.
  • At all times demonstrate the ability to handle calls in a professional manner and provide an excellent customer experience.
Essential Criteria:
  • Must have experience of working within a telesales role, ideally within the training sector.
  • Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
  • Hold own Functional Skills in Maths and English at Level 2 (or GCSE equivalents).
  • Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
  • Confident, friendly and professional manner, who is willing to learn.
  • Ability to negotiate and overcome objections.
