About the role of Repairs Manager
As the Repairs Manager, you'll be working on the Responsive Maintenance contract, based in Barnsley. With an eye for Health & Safety, you'll be the go to for all things social housing and leading the team to keep up with standards.

- Lead and manage a team of 30 whilst training and mentoring so they can succeed alongside you.

- Experience in a similar role, ideally Social Housing and Construction
- Skilled in Repairs & Responsive Maintenance
- CSCS
- SMSTS
