Are you a compassionate, dedicated care professional looking for your next opportunity? Howard Finley Care are seeking a qualified Senior Care Assistant to join our clients team in Barnsley, supporting residents in their warm and welcoming residential care home.

- Supporting personal care, administering medications (if trained), and monitoring residents through the night
- Following care plans and documenting any changes in health or behavior
- Leading by example to support and supervise the night care team, fostering a positive environment
- NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Health and Social Care
- Medication trained
- Prior experience in night shifts is preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a passion for person-centered care
