The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Manager to join one of our clients in the FMCG sector on a permanent basis.
Scope of the role:
- To ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures on site are followed and encourage a behavioural safety culture within the Engineering team.
- Take clear leadership of breakdowns and handovers to assure the consistent running of shifts.
- To support the service team in the tracking and analysis of error rates and the production of corrective actions plans.
- Managerial duties including return to works and talent development.
Essential Criteria
- ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in Engineering
- Multiskilled Engineering experience within the FMCG sector
