Cleaning Supervisor - 2562538
Location: Sheffield, S. Yorkshire & Leeds, W. Yorkshire.
Pay: £13.00 per hour + Benefits Package
Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)
DBS Required: Yes (BPSS needed once on boarded)
Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and exceptional customer service?
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facilities Supervisor/Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and oversee operations at 10 sites across South and West Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Oversee and manage cleaning teams across multiple sites to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
- Operations Management: Handle the cleaning operations for our large-scale government contract, including waste management, pest control, and horticultural services.
- Mobile Role: Travel between sites using a company vehicle (full UK driving licence required).
- Flexibility: Work flexible hours between 05:30 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning and cleaning management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
- Knowledge of managing soft services including waste, pest control, and horticultural services.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) knowledge.
- Preferred: BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) knowledge.
- Experience in line management.
