Interim for 12 months
up to £40k
We are looking for a HR Advisor with a solid background managing ER casework and also a good generalist background.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issue in line with up to date employment law knowledge.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment campaigns.
- Inductions and onboarding of new starters.
We are looking for:
- Excellent hands on experience managing ER casework from start to finish.
- Good experience providing expert advice on a range of queries.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly accurate and strong attention to detail.
