The Role

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for colleagues needing technical assistance on a busy Service Desk. Your responsibilities will include

  • First point of contact: Manage incoming support calls and emails, logging issues on the Service Desk.
  • Problem-solving: Troubleshoot IT issues, escalating when needed to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Ownership: Take responsibility for the cases you handle, aiming to resolve them efficiently while providing an excellent level of customer service.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the IT support team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and improve the overall user experience.

Skills & Experience Required

  • +2 years of experience a 1st line support or similar technical IT position.
  • Proficiency with offering full Office 365 support.
  • A natural diagnostics and problem solving approach.
  • A good understanding of Basic Networking Principles.
  • Any experience with virtualisation is a desirable.
