You will be required to support customers within the Transport and Haulage industry. You will be required to answer customer calls and provide technical support to clients.
The Role
- Perform routine technical assistance and maintenance duties
- Update systems with new telematic installations
- Assist with R&D on Vehicle Tracking, DVR, & Dash Camera systems
- Help customers with footage downloads
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Troubleshoot software and networking issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop platforms
Skills & Experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Incident management
- Able to work under pressure
- Software and Network troubleshooting
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
