- Writing or reviewing testing documentation
- Carrying out testing and documenting results
- Liaising with developers on issues found
- Creating customer friendly documentation and process diagrams
- Providing 3rd line support on helpdesk cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Self-motivation and the ability to work under own initiative and pressure
- Previous testing or project office experience will be an advantage
