This role is crucial in delivering the Healthy Child Programme and ensuring high-quality integrated care and services to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families across the Borough of Barnsley.Day-to-Day of the Role:-         Lead the redesign and implementation of an integrated service model using digital technologies.-         Collaborate with various stakeholders including IT, customer service, and service users to ensure successful project delivery.-         Provide timely advice and support to service users and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.-         Utilise and enhance digital technologies to improve service delivery.-         Manage project resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.-         Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:-         Significant experience in project management within a large organisation, preferably in public sector or local authority.-         Experience in health or social care settings is advantageous but not essential.-         Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.-         Proficient in Microsoft applications and familiar with digital technologies.-         Enhanced DBS required.
