We are seeking a dedicated temporary Claims Administrator for our key client based in Barnsley (this may go permanent for the right candidate) - immediate start.

This role involves managing claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring they are handled efficiently to meeting both our client's and their industry's standards.

You will be working within a small but busy environment.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week - core hours 8.30 - 5.00 (with flexibility).

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the end-to-end claims process efficiently.
  • Working in CMS system
  • Understand customer and client needs to ensure claims are managed effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Work towards achieving set KPIs and adhere to client SLAs.
  • Promote honest feedback and continuously seek improvements in the claims handling process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM system
  • Possess a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Experience in claims handling (advantageous) but not essential
