Are you an experienced quality professional with a passion for driving excellence in manufacturing? Elevation Recruitment Group are partnered with a Barnsley based manufacturer who are looking for a Quality Engineer. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead root cause analysis on product failures, low yields, and customer complaints, including site investigations when required.
  • Implement and improve quality procedures and processes, while maintaining detailed, auditable records of non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify trends, investigate out-of-specification results, and provide solutions to improve production quality.
  • Offer technical guidance on plastic and clay materials, and support the manufacturing team on related issues.
  • Participate in product trials and ensure rigorous documentation of objectives, procedures, and results.
  • Maintain control over non-conforming products during re-work and re-grade operations.
