Our client is an established multi-service Law firm based in the heart of Sheffield City Centre.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Legal Secretary:
  • Drafting and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Managing and organising legal files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Liaising with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals as necessary.
  • Maintaining the lawyer's calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances.
  • Handling telephone calls and inquiries, relaying messages accurately.
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing procedures.
  • Performing general office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant (must have audio typing experience)
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and legal software.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
