About the Company:
Our client is the leading supplier of fitted Kitchen and Bedroom furniture in the UK, for new build homes, holding 50% of the market share. They supply major housebuilders such as Barratt and Taylor Wimpey, as well as private property developers of inner-city high-rise projects and social housing providers, where a diverse product range and outstanding service sets our client apart. They are now looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team. The purpose of the Fleet Administrator is to provide additional support to the team due to increased volumes within the department.
Duties and responsibilities of the Fleet Adminstrator:
- Fleet administration including allocation of vehicles, updating the database and lease company website, arranging MOTs, services and repairs and valets on pool vehicles
- Arranging hire vehicles and liaising with the lease company or accident management company when vehicles are off the road
- Monitoring, recording, and chasing missing fleet related documentation
- General office duties including maintaining the department’s manual and electronic filing systems, photocopying, answering telephone
- Assisting fleet drivers with any vehicle-related issues.
- Processing penalty charges
Requirements to fulfil the role of Fleet Administrator:
- Previous administration experience, ideally in a fleet/transport environment
- Must have a valid UK driving licence
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience working in a fast-paced administrative role
- Have a professional and friendly manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail and methodical in your approach to work
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
