We are looking to appoint a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team and ensure the seamless operation of production. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment. You will be responsible for performing both planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to support high output in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated machinery.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven experience in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• Experience in industries such as FMCG, automotive, or packaging.
