Hours: 9am-5pm Monday Friday

Position Overview:

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a brand focussed business, with a similar set up to a marketing agency.

The CRM Executive will take ownership of the execution, management, and optimisation of CRM activities across a portfolio of brands, focusing on campaign management, customer engagement workflows, campaign performance, and data-driven insights. This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analysing CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and reactivation, as well as collaborating with other departments for a seamless, cross-channel approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management:
  • Brief and coordinate with the design team for email builds, certifying high-quality design, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Manage and send campaigns across multiple brands in various languages, ensuring thorough proofing.
  • Copywriting for campaigns where needed.
  • Execute A/B testing to refine messaging, design, and timing for optimised engagement.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, continually refining approaches for greater impact.
  • CRM Flows:
  • Assist the HOMP with CRM planning, while taking lead on the execution, management, and optimisation of customer engagement workflows.
  • Develop workflows to cover each stage of the customer lifecycle, driving acquisition, retention and reactivation through our CRM platform.
  • Collaborate Cross-Channel:
  • Work closely with brand managers to oversee SMS and push notification planning and execution, recommending segmentation and personalised messaging strategies to boost engagement.
  • Coordinating CRM efforts in SMS, Google Ads, and Social Media with relevant contacts.
  • Audience Segmentation: Recommend and implement innovative ways to segment and manage the customer database to achieve optimised results and customer engagement across all channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Collect and analyse data from CRM campaigns to generate actionable insights and improve performance.
  • CRM Platform Management: Manage and ensure full functionality of our CRM platform, leveraging platform capabilities for effective audience targeting and performance tracking.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email customisation as a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: High accuracy and consistency in data management, campaign setup, proofing, and reporting.
  • Analytical: Ability to interpret data, providing insights and recommendations for enhanced engagement. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting copy for diverse customer segments.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR and a commitment to ethical data use.
  • Organised: Effective multitasking across multiple brands and deadlines, with strong project management skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: High accuracy and consistency in calendar updates and content review.
  • Analytical: Strong ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
