We are seeking experienced Field Service Engineers within the Heavy Plant industry to join a well-established and rapidly growing company with over 50 years of industry experience. Operating across multiple UK sites, this company offers excellent career growth opportunities and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to and work at customer sites to service and resolve issues with heavy plant machinery.
  • Collaborate with the service team and technical support to troubleshoot problems and order necessary parts.
  • Complete and submit service reports and track hours worked.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive experience working with various heavy plant equipment, including:
  • Wheeled Loaders
  • Excavators
  • Track Loaders
  • Shredders
  • Screens
  • Waste Handlers
  • Knowledge of these brands is an advantage:
  • Case Construction Equipment
  • Terex Ecotec
  • Keestrack
  • Competent in reading and understanding hydraulic and electrical schematics.
  • Understanding of engine after-treatment systems (SCR, DPF) and electrical circuits.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Apprentice NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent qualification.

The Person:

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible with working hours, including occasional late nights or weekend work.
