About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Primary Practitioner to inspire young minds and foster a positive learning environment. This is a full-time role that requires planning, lesson delivery, and active participation in staff meetings. Early Career Teachers (ECTs/NQTs), including those currently on teacher placements, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons for Primary pupils.
• Implement effective assessment strategies to track student progress.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND and EAL.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members.
• Engage with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Attend staff meetings, CPD sessions, and school events.

Essential Criteria:

• Primary Teaching Qualification with PGCE and Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
• Team leadership skills and the ability to direct Support Assistants.
• Commitment to attending CPD and parents' evenings as required.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply (sponsorship available on conditional basis).
