Elect Recruitment are recruiting for Registered Nurses with experience working in A&E, ITU or General Nursing to work for an NHS Client based within the Yorkshire area.
As an A&E Nurse you will be the first point of contact for patients entering the hospital setting. You will be required to assess patients within the emergency department, so it is imperative that you are able to make sound reasoned decisions quickly. Due to the high number of patients coming into hospital, you must be able to jump into any given situation and make a quick judgement.
As an ITU nurse you will be required to carry out assessments, observations, monitoring and charting of vital signs, care planning, treatment implementation, and patient evaluation. Making sure all the medical equipment is working correctly including ventilators, drains and catheters, as well as IV lines and pumps.
As a Registered General Nurse, you will be working as a part of a multidisciplinary team, providing nursing care to patients suffering from a wide variety of medical conditions and illnesses, supporting in their treatment, recovery, and well-being. Treating patient pre and post operation, including recovery, assessing patient condition and monitor their progress, Supporting patients and their family.
We have various shifts that require covering which consist of Early shifts, Late shifts, Long Days, Nights, and Weekends depending on your availability.
A minimum of one years experience working within an NHS hospital, valid NMC registration, DBS on the Update Service, Full Immunisation history and can provide references from Seniors/Managers covering 3 years.
This position is to start ASAP and comes with a great pay rate of up to £1380.50 per week depending on shift covered.
