If yes, we would love to hear from you!Join us as a Handyperson in our Barnsley, Leeds and Wakefield Clubs offering a 20 Hour contract which is fully flexible over 7 days. You must be able to travel between all 3 clubs! 

The Role You’ll Play

As a Handyperson you will also make sure the club is a visually presentable and safe working environment for our team and leisure environment for our customers and colleagues. Addressing any faults or repairs that need to be made and reporting to the Duty Manager

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team

  • Ensuring the club is clean and presentable.
  • Make general repairs to the interior and exterior of the club.
  • Painting and decorating when needed.
  • Assembly of equipment and furniture.
  • Gardening of all external areas.
  • Car Parking maintenance including gritting.
  • Log all maintenance tasks and inform Duty Manager.
  • Raise tasks that require external parties expertise to the Duty Manager.
  • Able to take instructions and work on own initiative.
  • Will work and support other areas of the club as and when needed.

The Winning Combination We’re Looking For 

  • Previous maintenance experience.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Good communication skills both with internal employees and external sources
