Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Painter to join Berneslai Homes on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:
- Preparation of substrates, including removing loose and flaking paint by means of all current methods.
- The ability to apply coatings by brush, roller or spray applications.
- Safe use and application of materials.
- Working both internally and externally
- The ability to set out, line and hang wallpaper and decorative hangings
- To maintain vehicle stock levels at optimum level so that service efficiency is achieved.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working as a Painter/Decorator, ideally within Social Housing
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
Pay - 19.13 UMBRELLA per hour
