Our client in Barnsley is seeking an experienced Plumber to join their housing maintenance team.
The position requires a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification in Plumbing, along with relevant experience in similar roles.
The job involves general maintenance and repairs to domestic and untenanted properties, focusing on areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 37 hours per week, from 08:30 to 16:30.
The pay rate for this role is £16 LTD per hour.

You will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs to domestic and untenanted properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintence work.
Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements
Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales

Candidate Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing
Experience in similar roles
Full UK Driving License
