Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the diverse needs of children in the Foundation Stage.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum plans.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching within the Foundation Stage.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate young children.
