Your new roleYour new role as a Key Stage 2 Supply Teacher will be working in schools across Barnsley. We supply both day to dat and long-term assignments. This can be on a full or part-time basis to suit your personal needs and circumstance and for long-term placements, we pay to MPS scale. This could also be full or half days to suit your needs. You will be required to deliver lessons that have been pre-planned and left by the teacher as well as marking all work before leaving a handover for the returning teacher. We work with schools to get the best talent and continue to strengthen our relationships with maintained schools as well as academies across the region. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will need to be a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 teacher that is happy to work in a range of schools on days of your choosing. You will need to be committed and knowledgeable of your chosen year groups and love building relationships with children and staff. Good behaviour management and experience working to support SEN pupils is desirable also.What you'll get in returnFlexible working options are available.
