About the Role:As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning in the absence of the class teacher. You may be asked to deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and provide continuity in pupils' learning across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 settings. Whether you are available a few days a week or seeking full-time work, we can offer placements that suit your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range

• Adapt to different classroom settings and school environments

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Promote a positive learning environment for all pupils

• Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils' progress

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Flexibility, reliability and a proactive approach to teaching

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
