  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one support for students who require additional help.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt activities to meet their needs.
  • Supervise students during break times and school trips.
  • Assist with the assessment and recording of students' progress.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in Key Stage 2.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
