The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Landlords and Tenants, while delivering an excellent level of customer service.Experience in the Lettings sector is essential for this role.The successful candidate will be joining a strong independent agent, that is recognised throughout the Barnsley area. A candidate that lives locally or in the surrounding area with a strong market knowledge would be advantageous. The Role:

Arranging and accompanying property viewings
Negotiating offers, agreeing new tenancies
Ensuring lettings compliance is adhered to
Providing regular updates and feedback to landlords
Conducting check-ins and check-outs
Dealing with any Landlord or Tenant queries
Arrange and carry out property inspections
Remarket re-lets
Manage keys and arrange collections

About you:

Sound Knowledge of the local Lettings market
Understanding of Lettings compliance
Excellent communication skills
Confident and well presented
Full UK Drivers License
Deliver excellent customer care
Competent in Word and IT skills
