Who are we looking for?
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will provide vital support to the recruitment team, helping ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly.
What will you do?
Your role will involve managing candidate communications, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and assisting with onboarding new hires. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants, HR Managers, and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
What do you need?
You will need to be confident and outgoing with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to source the right candidate at the right time. You will need to be highly organised, articulate, outgoing and a true problem solver. Exposure to employer branding initiatives and alternative attraction methods would be highly advantageous.
What else?
Experience in a similar role with exposure to multi stakeholder management, preferably Recruitment, HR or administrative roles.
Highly IT literate in order to maintain all related systems, fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong administrator with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR.
Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment practices in the UK.
