We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who acts with enthusiasm, honesty and integrity. You will be a confident multi-tasker with excellent time management skills, and an ability to wuickly adapt to changing needs and priorities.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career, who is looking to progress within the sales or education sector.
The role involves:
- Developing a good understanding of clients we support ,as well as the education sector, in order to build strong trusting relationships
- Recruiting for new talent to work for Masterclass Educatio, and following the recruitment process from start to finish
- Recieving and revieiwing applications, placing job adverts, managing and scheduling interviews
- Working within the Specialist Education Team to provide bespoke support to both candidates and clients
- Working towards personalised targets to support career progression

This is a full time opportunity, Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00 (hours subject to change at discretion of office manager). We are based at the Digitial Media Centre in Barnsley Town Centre.
