The Role: As a Qualified Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering lessons, ensuring students stay engaged and progress in their learning. What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must be certified to teach your subject specialism.
- Classroom Experience: Strong presence and the ability to manage behaviour effectively.
- School Experience: Previous experience in secondary schools is a must.
- Familiarity with School Systems: Knowledge of platforms like SIMs or Bromcom is highly advantageous.
- Enhanced DBS: You need an Enhanced DBS or should be willing to obtain one.
- Adaptability: Flexibility in covering your specialist subject and, if desired, other subjects as well.
