TeacherActive is looking to recruit Qualified Secondary Teachers to enrich the learning and development of KS3 & KS4 students in a Secondary Academy in Barnsley. We are looking for Teachers who can engage students and, demonstrate effective teaching practices and strong behaviour management skills.
We are looking for Teachers from all specialisms or those who are looking for general cover. We are looking for Teachers who are looking for flexible roles or part/full-time roles. We have something for everyone!
The perfect Teacher will have:
- QTS/PGCE/ Cert Ed or other relevant teaching qualifications
- Have experience working with young people with differing needs and destination aims, and developing appropriate strategies to help them achieve their goals
- The ability to follow the National Curriculum
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a practical approach to engaging pupils
- The ability to build good relationships with the staff and pupils
- Fantastic classroom management
