Family Assessment Residential - Support Worker

Job Types:Full-Time / Bank (across a full rota pattern)
Salary:
Support Worker -Up to £27,120 - £29,200 per annum (£12.00 - £13.00) DoE & Qualifications.
Package is inclusive of 4 sleep-ins per month and based on a 40 hour per week average.

The Role:
- Assist with the care of our children and young people aged 12-17 ensuring that a homely environment in maintained. Contributing to meeting each childs physical, emotional, social and educational needs.
- Build positive relationships with children and support their development whilst ensuring that they are kept safe.
- Working within a Team to advocate for children's needs
Our Ideal Candidate will:

- Work as part of a team - bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role
- Either have their Level 3 Children Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent) OR is committed to working towards.
