DMD Partners are working in partnership with a small, progressive residential childrens home provider to recruit an experienced and dedicated Team Leader for their new 2 bed residential childrens home which is soon to open in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

As Team Leader, you will support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager with the day-to-day management of the home whilst providing a safe and positive environment for the children to thrive.

Current experience working within a residential childrens home is essential along with the completion of Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
