30hrs per week (working days and hours per day negotiable) Working arrangements are hybrid (approx 60% office based with the remainder working flexibly)

This is a non case holding Children's Social Care Advanced Practitioner role based within the quality assurance and improvement function.

The purpose of the role is working as part of a small team providing quality assurance support to identified areas of Children's Social Care as a QA key link officer, main duties include:

• Leading and supporting full case file audit cycles• leading and supporting thematic dip sample audits• leading and supporting policy, procedure development and maintenance of the Tri X repository• Development of information and documentation which enables good sharing of the learning from audits across services• Tracking, managing and reporting on progress of actions derived from audits• Use performance information and data to inform audit work and deep dive themes• Contribute service specific QA information into governance systems working as part of a team• Contribute to inspection readiness activities and arrangements working as part of a team
