We are seeking dedicated and passionate Social Workers to join our Children & Young People’s Team. Day-to-day of the role:

Case holding responsibilities for Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), Public Law Outline (PLO), and care proceedings.
Focus on achieving the best outcomes through evidence-based, outcome-driven practice.
Work in partnership with families and other agencies to drive plans and promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
Manage a caseload of approximately 21-22 cases, with a commitment to reducing this to 15-20 as per role designation.
Participate in a comprehensive one-week induction with the Practice Development Hub.
Engage in continuous professional development through a robust training programme.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience within CP/CIN.
Relevant experience in a similar role, with a creative and team-player approach.
Confidence in working with children subject to CIN, CP, and in care proceedings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with families and agencies.
Knowledge of Access Dimensions & Salesforce is desirable.
