- Lead the B-SAFE team operationally, ensuring statutory and specialist practice is of a high standard consistently, including recording on MOSAIC system. Working with a small team of peer managers from across police, youth justice and social care they will provide/model high quality case supervision, and potentially clinical/reflective supervision to groups and individuals.Â
- Lead on delivery of key functions including MACE, Strategy and complex strategy management and other partnership functions
- Provide key contributions and lead on task completion linked to the development of the B-SAFE model
- Drive audit and evaluation of practice
