- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues within school premises.
- Regularly inspect, maintain, and repair computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, to ensure optimal functionality.
- Set up and configure new computer systems, software applications, and network devices as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with computers, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, and other classroom technology equipment.
- Work closely with teachers to ensure teaching and learning runs smoothly.
- Previous experience in an IT position within an education or MSP environment.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Qualification/certification in IT or a related field.
- Good communication skills with a strong passion for supporting others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving license.
