You’ll make sure everything is in line with company policies and step in wherever needed to keep things on track. You will also:
  • Support oversight of operations across the company, including health and safety
  • Answer calls in the sales office, serving customers on the retail counter
  • Oversee the company vehicle records - keeping MOTs and servicing up to date and making sure any issues are handled quickly
Our Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for someone who’s confident, proactive, and thrives on keeping things organised. Supervisory experience is a must, especially in telesales, as is the ability to lead by example in a busy, customer-focused environment. You’ll also:
  • Ideally have experience in the motor trade
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be up for rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with the team
